1. What is the LCL service?

(1) Definition of Containership Service

Less than Container Load (LCL) is a logistics mode in which small batches of goods from multiple shippers are consolidated into the same container and transported to the destination port, and then disassembled and distributed to each consignee. Qihang International Logistics provides a door-to-door service from domestic pick-up to delivery to the destination country in Southeast Asia.

(2) The difference between a partial container and a full container

The full container is suitable for customers with large cargo volume and concentrated batches, while the parcel is charged by cubic meter, and 1 cubic meter can be shipped, which is more suitable for small batch trial orders, multi-variety mixed loading, e-commerce replenishment or sample export scenarios, helping customers reduce inventory pressure and reduce capital utilization.

2. The core advantages of our containerized service

(1) Low starting threshold, flexible billing

Minimum 1 cubic meter can be shipped, charged according to the actual volume, no need to make up the whole container, effectively reduce the unit logistics cost of small and medium-sized batches of goods.

(2) Three warehouses are linked, and goods are collected nearby.

Guangzhou headquarters warehouse, Shenzhen sub-warehouse, Yiwu sub-warehouse three warehouses are linked, customers can choose the nearest warehouse to enter the warehouse. Provide free door-to-door pickup in the main regions of the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta, and enjoy short-term free warehousing and reinforced packing services after entering the warehouse.

(3) Own local customs clearance team

In Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines, it has its own customs clearance team, familiar with the customs policies and procedures of each country, can efficiently handle import customs clearance, customs duties payment, and inspection and quarantine matters, and reduce the risk of customs clearance delays.

(4) Full door-to-door tracking service

From domestic pick-up, export customs declaration, sea freight booking, to customs clearance and end delivery at the destination port, the whole process of standardized operation, customers can query the status of the goods in real time with the order number, and realize the visualization of the whole process.

4. The operation process of the containerized service

(1) Inquiry and goods entering the warehouse

The customer provides the product name, volume, weight, and destination country information to obtain a customized quotation. After confirmation, the goods will be sent to any of the consolidation warehouses, or an appointment will be made for door-to-door pick-up.

(2) Less than Container Load (LCL) and Export Customs Declaration

After the goods arrive, a professional team will load and consolidate them according to the destination port and the characteristics of the goods to ensure safe transportation. Synchronize the preparation of customs declaration documents, and the agent will complete the export customs declaration procedures.

(3) Sea transportation and customs clearance at the destination port

The container will be shipped according to the scheduled date, and after arriving at the destination port, the local customs clearance team will be responsible for the import clearance, handling customs duties and various procedures.

(4) Unpacking, delivery, and signature

After customs clearance is completed, the goods are unpacked and sorted in the bonded warehouse, and local trucks or express delivery services are arranged to deliver the goods to the final recipient's address, completing the receipt loop.
