Whether it is bulk goods or scattered replenishment, it can realize the door-to-door transportation from the domestic factory to the designated address of the customer in the destination country through the standardized operation process.

2. Core service model

(1) Full Container Load (FCL)

1, Provide a variety of standard cabinet types such as 20GP, 40GP, and 40HQ, suitable for large quantities, single recipient, or single item.

2. Support direct shipment from major ports such as Yantian, Shekou, and Nansha in Shenzhen, with frequent ship dates and stable berths.

3. Provide door-to-door packing service, the goods can be directly packed in the factory and sealed, the whole process is sealed transportation, to ensure the safety and privacy of the goods to the maximum extent.

(2) Less than Container Load (LCL)

1. Shipping as low as 1 cubic meter, providing cost-effective solutions for small batch trial orders, e-commerce replenishment, and sample export.

2. The goods will be collected and received by the self-operated or cooperated collection warehouse of Qihang, and will be sorted and packed together according to the destination port after all the goods arrive.

3. Relying on the three warehouses in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Yiwu, customers can choose the nearest warehouse for delivery, effectively reducing the cost of domestic short-distance transportation.

III. Special Line Coverage and Service Network

(1) Malaysia Express Line

The service covers the whole of West Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Klang) and East Malaysia (Sarawak, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah).

(2) Singapore Express Line

Provide delivery to the entire island, support commercial addresses, private residences, and FBA warehouses.

(3) Thailand Special Line

It can reach major cities such as Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya, and Laem Chabang, as well as their surrounding areas.

(4) Philippines special line

The service covers Manila, Cebu, Davao, three core ports and surrounding areas.

(5) Indonesia Express Line

It covers major cities such as Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bandung.

(1) Stability of cabin and sailing schedule

Maintain long-term cooperation with many reputable shipping companies, effectively coordinate cabin resources before and after peak seasons and holidays, and ensure that customers' goods are shipped as planned.

(2) Full-process visual tracking

From domestic loading / loading, customs clearance, departure of the ship, to arrival at the destination port, customs clearance and terminal delivery, the key nodes of the whole process can be tracked, so that customers can keep track of the status of the goods at any time.

V. Operating Procedure Guide

(1) Business consultation and quotation

Contact Qihang business personnel, provide detailed information about the goods, such as the name, number, weight, volume, port of departure and port of destination, and obtain an exclusive sea export plan and freight rate.

(2) Booking and arranging for pick-up/storage

After confirming the order, Qihang will handle the booking procedure. Wholesale customers can arrange a trailer to the factory to load the container; Bulk customers can send goods to the designated collection warehouse.

(3) Export customs declaration

After the goods are gathered at the port, the agent will handle the customs declaration procedures for China's export.

(4) Maritime transport and port-of-destination services

The goods are loaded on the ship and shipped to the destination port. After the ship arrives at the port, the customs clearance and delivery service to the destination port will be connected (if the customer chooses the double clearance to door service).

(5) Delivery to the door

After customs clearance, the local fleet will safely deliver the goods to the final delivery address specified by the customer and complete the signature.
