Malaysia Sea Freight

I. Overview of Maritime Services in Malaysia

Qihang International Logistics relies on Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Yiwu, three major collection warehouses, and stable cooperation with many shipping companies, to provide sea export services from China's major ports to Malaysia. The service covers the two modes of full container transportation and bulk cargo consolidation, and can connect with customs clearance and door-to-door delivery at the destination port, providing customers with a stable and efficient full-link maritime solution.

2. Core service model

(1) Full Container Load (FCL)

We offer 20GP, 40GP, and 40HQ containers for exporting large quantities of goods.

2. The goods can be shipped in full containers from major domestic ports directly to Port Klang or Penang Port, with stable sailing dates and guaranteed berths.

(2) Less than Container Load (LCL)

1. Starting from as low as 1 cubic meter, it provides cost-effective options for small batches of goods, e-commerce replenishment, and export of samples.

2. The goods will be collected from the domestic warehouse, and after the goods arrive, they will be packed together according to the destination port, so as to effectively share the transportation cost.

3. Relying on multiple warehouses in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Yiwu, customers can choose to deliver to the nearest warehouse to reduce domestic transportation costs.

III. Main Destination Ports and Service Network

Malaysia's maritime services cover many ports in the two regions of West Malaysia and East Malaysia:

(1) Major ports in West Malaysia

Port Klang, Port Penang, and Port Johor are the core gateways serving the Malay Peninsula and the capital city of Kuala Lumpur.

(2) Main ports in East Malaysia

Services to Sarawak (Kuching, Miri) and Sabah (Kota Kinabalu) main ports and the entire region.

IV. Service coverage

Depending on the destination port's self-operated or cooperative network, it can be delivered to all major cities and regions in Malaysia:

(1) West Malaysia region

Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Klang and all surrounding states.

(2) East Malaysia region

All of Sarawak (Kuching, Sibu, Miri, and Bintulu) and Sabah (Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, and Tawau).

V. Service features and value-added options

(1) Double clear tax to door

Relying on the destination port's self-operated or experienced cooperative agent, we can provide double customs clearance and tax payment services, including China's export customs clearance, Malaysia's import customs clearance, and customs duty payment, to achieve one-stop door-to-door delivery from domestic shipping to Malaysia's receiving address.

(2) Full-process tracking and timely guarantee

1. After the bulk cargo is shipped from the domestic port, it usually takes 7 to 10 days to arrive at major ports such as Port Klang, and the whole process of customs clearance and delivery in the western part of Malaysia takes about 12 to 15 days. Due to the need for transit, the delivery time in the East Malaysia region is slightly longer.

2. The key nodes of the whole process can be traced, ensuring that customers can keep track of the status of the goods in a timely manner.

(3) Professional customs clearance capability

With professional experience in handling Malaysia's customs policies, SIRIM certification standards, and various types of goods regulatory requirements, we can effectively meet the customs clearance needs of special goods.

(4) Compliance guidance

It can assist customers to confirm the import qualification of goods and avoid customs clearance risks caused by licenses, quotas and other issues in advance.

VI. Operational Procedure Guide

(1) Business consultation and commission

Contact the business personnel to provide detailed information about the goods, such as the name, number, weight, volume, port of departure, and port of destination in Malaysia, and obtain an exclusive plan and freight rate.

(2) Booking and arranging for warehouse/container loading

Arrange the booking after confirming the order. Bulk cargo customers can send goods to the designated collection warehouse; Customers with full containers can arrange for a trailer to be sent to the factory to load the container.

(3) Export customs declaration

After the goods are gathered at the port, the agent will handle the customs declaration procedures for China's export.

(4) Maritime transport and port-of-destination services

The goods were loaded onto the ship and shipped to the destination port in Malaysia. After the ship arrives at the port, the customs clearance and delivery service to the destination port will be connected.

(5) Delivery to the door

After customs clearance, the local fleet will safely deliver the goods to the final delivery address specified by the customer and complete the signature.
