I. Overview of Warehousing Services

Qihang International Logistics has three collection warehouses in the core industrial belts of South China and the Yangtze River Delta, and has built a warehousing network covering the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze Delta. Relying on its own warehousing facilities and standardized management system, it provides customers with one-stop warehousing services such as warehouse entry, temporary storage, sorting, packing, and reinforcement, and provides efficient front-end support for subsequent container shipping and various cross-border logistics solutions.

(1) Guangzhou headquarters warehouse

Located in the core logistics hub of the Pearl River Delta, it radiates to the South China region and serves as the main collection and dispatch center.

(2) Shenzhen warehouse

Adjacent to Yantian Port and Shekou Port, the sea freight export is convenient and efficient, and it is convenient to connect with the routes of various ports in South China.

(3) Yiwu warehouse

It serves the Yangtze River Delta e-commerce cluster, is close to small product distribution centers, and helps e-commerce customers to quickly ship out goods.

Three warehouses work together, and customers can choose the nearest warehouse to ship according to their own geographical location, effectively reducing the cost of domestic transportation and improving the efficiency of cargo collection.

III. Contents of Warehousing Services

(1) Receipt and temporary storage of goods

1. Support bulk goods and full container goods to be stored in the warehouse temporarily, waiting to be consolidated or shipped out in full containers.

2. Provide flexible warehousing cycles to adapt to different scenarios such as factory stocking, e-commerce replenishment, and multi-supplier consolidation.

(2) Value-added services

1. Free packing and reinforcement: Professional packing and reinforcement of goods to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

2. Free warehousing: Provide basic warehousing fee reduction to reduce customers' logistics costs.

3. Sorting and inventory management: sort and organize multiple batches and categories of goods according to the shipment plan.

IV. Service Guarantee

(1) Standard for warehousing facilities

The warehouse is equipped with standardized shelves and a tidy management environment, ensuring that goods are stored in an orderly manner.

(2) Safety management

Implement standardized warehousing management processes to ensure the safety and controllability of goods during storage.

V. Service connection process

(1) Warehouse Notice

After the customer places the order, the goods will be sent directly to the designated warehouse address in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, or Yiwu.

(2) Goods entering the warehouse

The warehouse receives the goods, counts them, verifies them, and arranges for them to be stored on the shelves.

(3) Consolidation and shipment

After all the goods arrive, the sorting and packing will be completed according to the customer's shipping instructions, and the process of connecting with the container or full container sea/air shipping will be carried out.
