V. Operational linkage process

(1) Documentation matching before shipment

After the customer confirms the commission, they will provide complete customs declaration documents. Qihang operation team conducts pre-examination and verification.

(2) Cargo collection and declaration

After the goods arrive at the port or bonded warehouse, the customs declaration data will be sent to the customs through the electronic port system by the customs declaration agency cooperated by Qihang.

(3) Customs clearance and loading on board

After customs clearance, the goods can be arranged to be loaded on the ship according to the sailing schedule. If there is a verification instruction, cooperate to complete the verification and then release.

(4) Return of subsequent documents

After the goods are released and shipped, the customs declaration form proof copy stamped by the customs shall be returned or the electronic basic account data shall be provided for the customer to handle the follow-up matters such as settlement and tax refund.
